It’s the first week of June and things are starting to heat up down here in North Carolina. When it gets hot, I crave refreshing foods. Lemon flavored desserts not only clear the palette but perfectly end any meal. I recently found a recipe for Gluten Free Lemon Cookies that have been a hit with my husband. They don’t last long and I think I’ll be baking double batches next time!
