I am sending you your Monday recipe one day late! My apologies, dear friends. Life just runs a bit slower now that I’m 35. Just kidding. Yesterday, was a total Monday. One of those days where nothing goes right and you long for a new day to begin. So, it’s Tuesday and all is well with the world again.

The recipe for today is an easy to make bread. It is paleo friendly, gluten free and dairy free. I had all the ingredients at home, minus the fresh fruit. I love when that happens! Try out this Blueberry Banana Bread and let me know what you think.

Just a little tip…make sure to bake this a little longer than you might think. It is a moist bread and quite tasty if cooked all the way. 🙂
