This past weekend, I celebrated my 37th birthday. It just happened to fall on Father’s Day Sunday. Nick and I planned an entire weekend of adventures in Lake Norman and Charlotte. This past Friday, Nick and I took a day off from life and spontaneously enjoyed everything we love about living near Charlotte, NC. We are coming up on our one year anniversary in North Carolina.
