These dinner rolls may be small, but they will surprise you! Each roll features a crispy outside crust with a gooey, almost cheese-like center. You'll find yourself going back for more.

Yields: 10 Rolls
1 cupTapioca Flour
1/4 cupCoconut Flour
1 tspSea Salt
1/2 cupFiltered Warm Water
1/2 cupOrganic Olive Oil
1 Pasture Raised Egg, Whisked
1Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2Whisk egg in a small bowl and set aside.
3Mix tapioca flour, salt and coconut flour in a large bowl.
4Add wet ingredients: olive oil and warm water. Mix well. Add whisked egg and combine. Mixture should have the consistency of sticky dough. If it is too wet, add a tablespoon of coconut flour at a time until you have a doughy batter.
5Roll about 10 balls of dough in your hands. It helps to cover your hands in tapioca flour to keep the dough from sticking. Lay each ball of dough on your parchment lined baking sheet.
