A paleo friendly snack that also transforms into a delectable dessert! Dates, coconut and cashews are the only items from your pantry you will need for this amazing recipe.

3/4 cup Organic Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
1Measure all ingredients and add to food processor.
2Process ingredients until they are well blended and resemble a candy-like consistency.
3Find a 8x8 pan and line with parchment paper. As always, our favorite is FSC Certified Parchment Baking Paper by If You Care.
4Press mixture evenly in pan and place in refrigerator for an hour or two.
