1Heat the coconut milk over low to medium heat. Be careful not to let your coconut milk boil.
2Once the coconut milk has warmed, add chocolate pieces. Whisk constantly until completely melted.
3Continue whisking as you slowly add gelatin.
4Remove pot from heat and add vanilla extract. After whisking mixture, pour into your container of choice.
5Chill for at least two hours and enjoy!
