2 Pasture Raised Eggs
Organic Sea Salt, to taste
6 oz.Breakfast Sausage
4 oz.Fresh Guacamole
1Heat iron skillet to low to medium heat. Grease with 1 Tablespoon ghee. Place greased egg rings in pan.
2Crack a single egg into each egg ring. With a fork lightly mix egg and add a little cheddar cheese and salt.
3Cover pan and cook until egg whites are cooked through.
1Heat pan greased with 1 Tablespoon ghee over medium heat.
2Roll breakfast sausage meat into patties the same size as egg rings.
3Cook over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes.
1Top breakfast sausage with guacamole and place between cooked eggs. Enjoy!
