1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare bread loaf pan with parchment paper.
2Mash bananas and mix with melted coconut oil. Add remaining wet items and mix well.
3Mix in all dry ingredients. Be careful not to over mix batter.
4Chop walnuts and fold into batter.
5Pour bread batter into prepared baking pan. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted into the center of loaf cleanly.
