

Gluten Free Cinnamon Muffins

Muffins richly flavored with cinnamon, ghee and maple syrup. These grain free treats pair wonderfully with a warm cup of coffee or a glass of cold almond milk.

Ingredients
Muffin
2 cups Super-Fine Almond Flour, blanched whole almonds
1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 cup Organic Coconut Sugar
1/4 cup Clarified Butter/Ghee, melted
1 1/2 tsp Organic Ground Cinnamon
Topping
1/2 cup Super-Fine Almond Flour, blanched whole almonds
1/2 cup Organic Coconut Sugar
1/4 cup Clarified Butter/Ghee, unmelted
Directions
1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare muffin tin with parchment paper muffin liners.
2Mix ingredients for muffins until batter is smooth.
3Pour muffin batter into prepared muffin tins. Each muffin liner should be filled about 3/4.
4In a separate bowl, mix topping ingredients with your hands until you have crumbles. Pour the crumble topping onto each muffin.
5Bake for 25 minutes.
6Cool completely before removing from muffin tin. Enjoy!
