1Wash and chop all fruits and vegetables.
2Dust off that juicer you've had hiding away in your pantry. If you don't have one, we recommend using the Omega J8006 Nutrition Center Juicer.
3Add each item to your juicer in the order listed above.
4Store juices in refrigerator and consume within 2 to 3 days.
