2 Organic Yellow Onions, finely chopped
3 tbspUnsalted Pasture-Raised Grass Fed Butter or Ghee.
3 12 oz. Bags Frozen Organic Cauliflower Rice
1 1/2 cupsOrganic Farm-Fresh Heavy Whipping Cream
10 oz.Organic Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 tspOrganic Sea Salt
1/2 tspOrganic Ground Black Pepper
6 oz.Unsalted Pasture-Raised Grass Fed Butter or Ghee.
1Begin by chopping your onion into small bits. Warm a large pan to medium heat, melt 3 Tablespoons of butter/ghee and fry onion until golden. Remove onion from pan and set aside for later.
2Add heavy whipping cream to pan along with frozen cauliflower over medium heat. Once cream begins to boil, cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until most of the cream has reduced.
3Add onions to the cauliflower mixture along with salt, pepper and shredded cheese. Mix well and keep over low heat.
4Melt 6 ounces of butter/ghee in a small frying pan until it is amber in color. Serve with cauliflower mac and cheese or pour over entire side dish, mix and serve!
