A perfect summer salad great for the weekend or a friend's party. This keto salad tastes just like you are eating a cheeseburger without the bread! My favorite thing besides the taste is how quickly you can make this meal. 15 to 20 minutes!
1I like to use my LODGE cast iron skillet to cook the pound of ground beef over medium/high heat. As you cook the beef, sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper. Cook about 7 to 10 minutes until beef is browned.
2Chop all vegetables and add to a salad bowl.
3Add all salad dressing ingredients to a food processor. Blend until the dressing is runny enough to toss with your salad.
4Using a slotted spoon, add ground beef from skillet to salad bowl. Toss with dressing. Eat immediately or chill for later!
