1As always, your first step should be to wash all your produce well.
2Prepare your produce by chopping and cutting into pieces.
3Juice all produce leaving out matcha powder. It helps to wrap your mint leaves around the celery stalks before juicing them.
4Once your juice is made, mix in the matcha powder and enjoy.
