Paleo Skillet Meal: Zucchini Beef

This easy to make Paleo skillet recipe is ready to devour in 30 minutes or less! What makes this meal one of our favorites, is Earth Fare's Organic Mild Salsa.

  • Yields: 4 to 6 servings

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb Grass Fed Ground Beef

1/4 tsp Sea Salt

1/4 tsp Ground Pepper

2 tbsp Minced Onion, dehydrated

1 tsp Minced Garlic

1 cup Organic Salsa

1/2 tsp Ground Cumin

2 cups Organic Zucchini, sliced into half circles

Directions

1Cook ground beef, sea salt, ground pepper, minced onion and garlic in a large skillet over medium high heat until beef is browned.

2Add organic salsa and cumin. Stir and reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.

3Add zucchini halves, stir and cover for an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until zucchini is slightly soft.

4Remove from heat and serve!
