1 1/2 lbGrass Fed Ground Beef
1/4 tspSea Salt
1/4 tspGround Pepper
2 tbspMinced Onion, dehydrated
1 tspMinced Garlic
1 cupOrganic Salsa
1/2 tspGround Cumin
2 cupsOrganic Zucchini, sliced into half circles
1Cook ground beef, sea salt, ground pepper, minced onion and garlic in a large skillet over medium high heat until beef is browned.
2Add organic salsa and cumin. Stir and reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
3Add zucchini halves, stir and cover for an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until zucchini is slightly soft.
4Remove from heat and serve!
