Paleo Spinach Artichoke Dip

A perfect appetizer for your girl's night in or a football game with friends. This spinach artichoke dip is so good, no one will even know it's dairy free! Serve with almond crackers or your favorite paleo chips. If you have leftovers, this dip reheats beautifully!

1 tbsp Organic Olive Oil

2 Garlic Cloves, minced

10 oz. Organic Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed & squeezed to remove water

14 oz. Can Artichokes, chopped

8 oz. Can Water Chestnuts, chopped

3 Organic Green Onions, chopped

1 cup Kite Hill Plain Almond Milk Yogurt

1/2 cup Mayonnaise

pinch Turmeric

1/2 tsp Onion Powder

1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

1/4 cup Almond Milk

1/4 cup Tahini

1 tbsp Freshly Squeezed Organic Lemon Juice

pinch Cayenne Pepper

pinch Sea Salt & Pepper


1Heat your olive oil in an iron skillet over medium heat. Once oil is warm, add minced garlic and mix constantly for 30 seconds.

2Add your chopped spinach and artichokes. Continue mixing until any remaining water has cooked off.

3Add all the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.

4Serve warm!
