2Organic Yellow Onions, finely chopped
3tbspUnsalted Pasture-Raised Grass Fed Butter or Ghee.
312 oz. Bags Frozen Organic Cauliflower Rice
1.50Organic Farm-Fresh Heavy Whipping Cream
10Organic Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1tspOrganic Sea Salt
0.50tspOrganic Ground Black Pepper

Begin by chopping your onion into small bits. Warm a large pan to medium heat, melt 3 Tablespoons of butter/ghee and fry onion until golden. Remove onion from pan and set aside for later.

Add heavy whipping cream to pan along with frozen cauliflower over medium heat. Once cream begins to boil, cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until most of the cream has reduced.

Add onions to the cauliflower mixture along with salt, pepper and shredded cheese. Mix well and keep over low heat.

Melt 6 ounces of butter/ghee in a small frying pan until it is amber in color. Serve with cauliflower mac and cheese or pour over entire side dish, mix and serve!
