A perfect summer salad great for the weekend or a friend's party. This keto salad tastes just like you are eating a cheeseburger without the bread! My favorite thing besides the taste is how quickly you can make this meal. 15 to 20 minutes!

Salad
1 lb Grass Fed Ground Beef
 1 tsp Organic Sea Salt
 0.25 tsp Black Pepper
 8 Organic Romaine Lettuce
 1 cup Organic Tomatoes, chopped
0.75 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar, rBGH-BST Hormone Free
Salad Dressing
 2 tsp Organic Yellow Mustard
 1 tsp Organic White Vinegar
 0.50 tsp Paprika
1

I like to use my LODGE cast iron skillet to cook the pound of ground beef over medium/high heat. As you cook the beef, sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper. Cook about 7 to 10 minutes until beef is browned.

2

Chop all vegetables and add to a salad bowl.

3

Add all salad dressing ingredients to a food processor. Blend until the dressing is runny enough to toss with your salad.

4

Using a slotted spoon, add ground beef from skillet to salad bowl. Toss with dressing. Eat immediately or chill for later!
