Healthy Skin Juice

This amazing juice is rich in antioxidants, Vitamin C and other immune boosting ingredients. Plus, it contains anti-aging fruits and vegetables also known to keep your skin clean and clear! Bonus ingredient: Organic Green Tea.

2 Organic Kiwis (peeled)

2 Large Handfuls Organic Spinach

1 Small Handful Organic Basil Leaves

2 Organic Green Apples (cored)

1 Organic Lemon

2 cups Chilled Green Tea


1Dust off that juicer you've had hiding away in your pantry. If you don't have one, we recommend using the Omega J8006 Nutrition Center Juicer.

2Boil your water and make your green tea in advance. Chill in your refrigerator.

3Prepare your fruits and vegetables.

4Add each item to your juicer in the order listed above.

You can choose any green tea you like. I picked up these Equal Exchange Fairly Traded Organic Green Tea bags from our local Earth Fare store.
