Paleo Blueberry Balls

A quick, easy recipe for an antioxidant-rich snack. You only need four organic ingredients: fresh blueberries, shredded coconut, almond butter and coconut flour. In 10 minutes or less, you have a healthy snack prepared!

  • Prep: 10 mins
  • Yields: 1 dozen


1 cup Organic Blueberries

3/4 cup Organic Unsweetened Shredded Coconut

2 tbsp Almond Butter

2 tbsp Coconut Flour


1Simply, get your food processor ready.

2Wash your blueberries and make sure they are dry. Add to food processor.

3Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.

4Roll into balls and chill for a few minutes.

5Roll blueberry balls in shredded coconut and continue to chill and store in the refrigerator.
