

Gluten Free Banana Bread

A gut healthy bread that is filling and flavorful. Don't forget, it's also gluten free and dairy free. Enjoy this for breakfast after your morning workout.

Ingredients
1/3 cup Organic Cold Pressed Coconut Oil, melted and cooled
4 Organic, Pasture Raised Eggs
1 tsp Organic Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Coconut Flour
Directions
1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare bread loaf pan with parchment paper.
2Mash bananas and mix with melted coconut oil. Add remaining wet items and mix well.
3Mix in all dry ingredients. Be careful not to over mix batter.
4Chop walnuts and fold into batter.
5Pour bread batter into prepared baking pan. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted into the center of loaf cleanly.
