Add almond flour, cinnamon, baking soda and sea salt to wet ingredients. Mix until blended.

Using a spatula or wooden spoon, mix in gluten free oats and raisins.

Cover mixing bowl and chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Using a measurement of 1.5 Tablespoons, roll individual balls of cookie dough. Place on cookie sheet prepared with parchment paper. Each ball of dough should be placed a couple inches apart. Gently press down on each cookie to flatten. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.

Upon removal from oven, immediately flatten cookies a second time. Allow to cool on rack.
