A gut healthy bread that is filling and flavorful. Overripe bananas combined with chopped walnuts make this a repeat breakfast item. It's also perfect after your morning workout.

 3 Organic Ripe Mashed Bananas
 0.33 cup Organic Cold Pressed Coconut Oil, melted and cooled
 4 Organic, Pasture Raised Eggs
 2 tbsp Organic Maple Syrup
 1 tsp Organic Pure Vanilla Extract
 0.50 cup Coconut Flour
 1 tsp Baking Powder
 1 tsp Baking Soda
 0.50 tsp Sea Salt
 1 tbsp Organic Cinnamon
 1 tsp Organic Ground Ginger
 0.25 tsp Organic Ground Cardamom
 0.33 cup Raw Chopped Walnuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare bread loaf pan with parchment paper.

Mash bananas and mix with melted coconut oil. Add remaining wet items and mix well.

Mix in all dry ingredients. Be careful not to over mix batter.

Chop walnuts and fold into batter.

Pour bread batter into prepared baking pan. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted into the center of loaf cleanly.
