 34 Organic Bananas, ripe and mashed
 3 Pasture Raised Eggs, room temperature
 3 tbsp Organic Cold Pressed Coconut Oil, melted and cooled
 1 tsp Organic Vanilla Extract
 0.33 cup Almond Butter
 0.33 cup Coconut Flour
 1 tsp Organic Ground Cinnamon
 0.75 tsp Baking Soda
 0.75 tsp Baking Powder
 0.25 tsp Organic Sea Salt
 1 cup Walnuts, chopped

Heat your oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a muffin tin with parchment paper liners.

Mix wet ingredients until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk dry ingredients. Slowly mix dry ingredients into wet until combined. Fold in chopped walnuts.

Pour batter into prepared muffin tin.

Bake for 16-19 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center of each muffin.
