Dry Ingredients
 0.67 cup Coconut Flour
 0.50 tsp Gluten Free Baking Powder
 0.50 tsp Gluten Free Baking Soda
 Organic Sea Salt
 0.25 tsp Cardamom
 0.25 tsp Cinnamon
Wet Ingredients
 0.33 cup Raw, Local Honey
 6 Pasture Raised Eggs, at room temperature
 0.33 cup Organic Cold Pressed Coconut Oil, melted and cooled
 0.50 tbsp Vanilla Extract
 0.50 cup Freshly Squeezed Organic Orange Juice
 Grated Zest of One Orange
 1 cup Organic Cranberries

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a bread loaf pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk all dry ingredients. Set aside.

In a second bowl, mix honey, eggs, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract and orange juice.

Slowly add wet ingredients to dry. Once the batter is well mixed, fold in zest and cranberries.

Pour into prepared loaf pan and bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Always check the center with a toothpick to make sure the bread has fully cooked!
