 2 Super-Fine Almond Flour, blanched whole almonds
 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
 0.50 tsp Organic Sea Salt
 1 tsp Baking Soda
 5 Whole Eggs plus 1 Egg White, whisked
 1.50 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
 2 tbsp Local Raw Honey
 3 tbsp Clarified Butter/Ghee, divided
 1 tbsp Organic Cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease 9 x 5 pan with coconut oil and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix the following dry ingredients: almond flour, coconut flour, sea salt, baking soda, flaxseed meal and 1/2 Tablespoon cinnamon.

In a second bowl, begin by whisking your eggs and egg white. Once completed, add the apple cider vinegar, honey and 1.3 Tablespoons melted ghee.

Slowly mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients.

Pour your batter into your greased bread pan.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

When your cinnamon bread is fully baked, melt the remaining clarified butter and mix with remaining cinnamon. Brush the mixture on the top of your bread. Cool and enjoy!
