2Garlic Cloves, minced
10Organic Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed & squeezed to remove water
14Can Artichokes, chopped
8Can Water Chestnuts, chopped
3Organic Green Onions, chopped
1cupKite Hill Plain Almond Milk Yogurt
0.50cupMayonnaise
Turmeric
0.50tspOnion Powder
0.50tspGarlic Powder
0.25cupAlmond Milk
0.25cupTahini
1tbspFreshly Squeezed Organic Lemon Juice
Cayenne Pepper

Heat your olive oil in an iron skillet over medium heat. Once oil is warm, add minced garlic and mix constantly for 30 seconds.

Add your chopped spinach and artichokes. Continue mixing until any remaining water has cooked off.

Add all the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
